Free trial

Every new company starts with 14 days of Summit, free and with everything included. You don't need a credit card.

Plans

One subscription covers your whole company, with unlimited users, clients, projects and invoices.

• Monthly plan: €12 a month, ex VAT. Cancel any time.
• Annual plan: €96 a year, ex VAT (€8 a month).

Summit is for businesses: the subscription is invoiced to your company.

Start your subscription

The company owner goes to Subscription, picks a plan, checks the billing details (company name, address, business ID and VAT number) and pays through Mollie. The subscription then renews automatically every month or year.

Summit's invoices for your subscription are in Billing, ready to download.

Change or cancel

• Change plan: the new plan starts when your current period ends.
• Cancel at period end: your subscription stops renewing, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Until then you can choose Undo cancellation.

When a payment fails

If a renewal can't be collected, you keep access for 7 more days. Choose Fix payment on Subscription to pay. After 7 days without payment, the subscription is suspended and your workspace becomes read-only.

Read-only

When the trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends or is suspended, your workspace becomes read-only. All your data stays: you can still open and download your invoices, but you can't add or change anything or send invoices. Start a subscription on Subscription to continue where you left off.

A workspace doesn't stay read-only forever. After 12 months (or 3 months after a trial ended), the owner gets an email. If no subscription is started within 30 days after that, the account is scheduled for deletion. See Delete your account.
